Established communications company looking for an Apprentice with little to no experience in Low voltage systems or construction. On the job training will be provided for Camera systems, Voice/Data/TV structured cabling, Fiber-optics, Sound Systems and Access Control Systems. A low voltage tech career path can be a successful and rewarding choice. For those who enjoy working with their hands and have good spatial abilities, it may be an excellent fit.
You will be supporting Low voltage technicians who install electrical systems such as security systems, surveillance equipment, and audiovisual or multimedia equipment. You may work on wiring projects, such as cable installation, fiber optic cabling, or Cat6 wiring.
The work is performed at customers’ locations or construction sites. You will report to work at our home office and then travel with a technician.
Must be at least 18 years old and have transportation to home office in Daytona Beach FL.
